Beautiful place. House keeping did NOT clean my room of Friday 9.27. And you need a restaurant and cocktail lounge in your hotel. There is no place to have groups to socialize before and after events, except in their rooms. This is the first Hilton I've been in that they didn't have these.

During our recent stay, we experienced a tragic loss of a family member. The staff at the hotel were all so kind; they put together a basket that I took to my family as they were sitting in the hospital hospice unit; were so kind when my family stayed the day after the loss and went above and beyond through this and every stay we've had at the hotel. We cannot thank them enough.
