Miss Pam was very nice at checkout; printed my portfolio and greeted me with a warm friendly smile. The lunch prepared by the hotel was very tasty. Drinks and coffee provided. Shout out to the young lady that assisted in the setup of the the banquet room and food. Overall 5/5 to all of you
