To charge people for the breakfast after paying 150.00 per night is ridiculous and surprising. At least tell people when they make the reservation. I saw at least 10 people surprised when they were told that it cost 14.99 for breakfast. If there was no charge or I knew about the cost for breakfast, while making the reservation, the "over rating" would be higher.

Check in process was very smooth, friendly, professional and without incident. Room was clean and comfortable. Miss Pam was very nice at checkout; printed my portfolio and greeted me with a warm friendly smile. The lunch prepared by the hotel was very tasty. Drinks and coffee provided. Shout out to the young lady that assisted in the setup of the the banquet room and food. Overall 5/5 to all of you
