"Dirty, cheaply designed, run down."

The bed sheets were stained. When we called to have someone change them they had to come back bc they brought the wrong size bed sheets then was interested in what was on the TV more than doing his job so we ended up changing them our self. The towel tht I put on the bathroom floor to catch the water from the handicapped shower that was in our room was brown from the dirt on the floor the 1st night we stayed. There was a long curly black hair on the sink (my hair is blonde) my boyfriends hair is short. Then when we tried sleeping the walls were so thin we was kept awake by someone snoring so loud it was like he was in the room with us. Then in the morning the people in the next room were I guess playing with their children and having a conversation that woke us up because again it was like they was sharing our room. I do NOT recommend staying here. I came home sleep deprived and feeling worse than I did when I went on my vacation.

"Safe Hotel Close to Silver Dollar City"

This place was all we needed. A safe place to stay close to Silver Dollar City. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was very quiet, private and there is a guard at the front gate. We didn't use the pool or any of the other amenities so I can't speak on those.
