The city and it's history is amazing. Beautiful old buildings and it is evident that the city cares about the preservation of their heritage. Scenery is breathtaking.

The Royal Gorge Route Railroad is listed as one of America's Top Train Rides. It really is an amazing ride. The train takes you through the Royal Gorge and it is the best option to see the entire Gorge. The train is world class and over 100,000 people ride it each year according to the Official Visitor Guide to the Royal Gorge Region.
There are many dining options in the small and old town environment. The rafting experience, the historic places in the neighboring cities make this place very attractive to tourists
