Everyone was super nice and we had an amazing time. We loved the workers in the special lobby where you get breakfast, snacks and drinks. Scott and Margo were phenomenal! The lady at front desk was amazing as well.

We stayed two nights at the hotel to revisit our “old stomping grounds “in lake Geneva and we did a ton of reminiscing and felt very much at home at the Grand Geneva ! Great resort and we enjoyed our time with our dog too❤️ we ll be back for sure!

Love this tranquil place with so much to do! The views are spectacular and employee service is attentive and personalized. We splurged for the Grand Geneva Club and it was worth it! A great experience.
