The pictures online don't do this charming hotel justice. It's got Southern style on the outside and modern decor on the inside. The lobby smells fresh, the staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and the pools are awesome. There's a 24/7 indoor pool and hot tub and the outdoor pool and lazy river are open till 10:00. The room had a microwave and a fridge which makes traveling with family easy. The free breakfast is lovely and there's free coffee and apple cider in the lobby 24/7. Loved it. Will stay again! About 10 mins to Pigeon Forge, it's a nice respite after the upbeat, busy streets and activities in that area. 10/10!
