the 1st employee booked my room in Waterloo Illinois when I requested a room in Waterloo Iowa. I called back within 10 minutes and was told I would have to talk to customer service and he transfer me then I was told that even though it was the 1st employees error he could not really do anything that I would probably be charged 30% and he said he would cancel my reservation which he did not do and I was charged full price for a room I could not use. I'm not happy with the customer service at all!
