After a five year renovation the oldest hotel in Vancouver reopened showing traditional luxury, impeccable service paired with modern amenities. Upon entering he grand lobby the history and tradition of the hotel is shown. 156 rooms and suites are spacious, beautifully decorated and offer spa inspired bathrooms. They feel more like a residence. Large spa and huge fitness area, roof top terrace, jazz club and Hawksworth Restaurant's which recently won Restaurant of the Year in all of Canada with private dining room for groups. An oversized meeting and event space on the second floor including the luxurious spanish inspired ballroom has been updated with modern technology and some of the meeting space offers natural light. Great downtown location across from Pacific Centre Shopping mall and close to Robson Street. Hotel offers free shuttle service in town by using hotel owned Bentleys.

Following its debut in the Roaring '20s, the legendary Hotel Georgia came to be known as Vancouver's most historic and elegant retreat. When it was unveiled in 2011 as Rosewood Hotel Georgia, the fully restored Georgian Revival property was returned to its former grandeur with additional elegance afforded by extensive amenities and the impeccable service of Rosewood Hotels & Resorts. From the painstaking restoration of Old World craftsmanship to the addition of the most luxurious furnishings and latest technology, Rosewood Hotel Georgia offers an unmatched combination of legacy and luxury – a return to the golden age of hotel travel.
The hotel provides discerning travellers with a level of stylish elegance equal to its landmark location. Designed with a residential atmosphere, the 156 rooms and suites layer modern sophistication against the historic backdrop of the restored hotel. The eminently comfortable accommodations are softly enrobed in a palette of light blue, ivory and chocolate and outfitted with sleek furnishings and spa-inspired bathrooms. From the hotel's historic lobby, the meticulously restored grand staircase leads to unrivaled meeting and event space on the second floor.
