Jennifer was the tops! She had to deal with me every day/night of my stay! Never complained/always accommodating to/for me! So Friendly/Helpful! Marty also worked with me over the phone! Pleasant voice/accommodating me! Very Helpful in rotating my reservation! Both two Very Happy people working for Best Western Downtown! Will definitely rebook again for next years Nascar Championship race! Danielle?/Pamela were also Very Helpful/Pleasant people to see when I first walked in the door! THANK YOU ALL! You made coming to Phoenix Downtown/Best Western a Wonderful experience! One thing/ there was no safety mat in the bathroom tub! A bit scarred to use/fear of falling!(unfortunately I've been known to fall in bath tubs!) My toilet got backed up on my last day/thought I wouldn't be able to have fixed!? Called down/let person at the desk know! Within a half an hour somebody was there/fixed problem! Such Great maintenance service! Overall the hotel/staff get a 10(Fantastic!) in my book! Will definitely let others know/get the word out for this hotel!THANKS AGAIN!
