Our suite was very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff was very professional and greeted us every time. The staff member running the breakfast area was awesome, made us feel very welcome. Great stay. Will definitely come again.

My wife and I go to Cleveland at least once or twice a year because her family is here. I think we have finally found the hotel she likes that's appropriate for our needs! The staff really made our stay great and memorable. The gal that worked late at night and into the morning was so helpful. I think she went above and beyond and we thank her! It was a great stay and we'll be back!
