My room was spacious, clean, with lots of places to set down suitcases for unpacking. The bathroom even had a bar of soap, which was great for removing makeup. The breakfast included fresh fruit and turkey sausage, which I also appreciated.

Had a disability room that was fabulous. Was able to bring my mobile scooter into the room without much trouble and be able to park it in the room without being in the way. The room was very welcoming. Bed was comfortable. Shower had a wand, which was needed. However, the water from the wand needed to be more forceful. Breakfast was soso. Pancakes were hockey pucks. Dinner at the bar was as expected. pub grub. Valet was FANTASTIC! Robert, the valet at arrival was exceptional! He went above and beyond helping us get my scooter off of my lift, especially since the hotel had no ramps for a wheelchair or scooter to unload. The Assistant Manager was helpful with how to use a streetcar in order to get to my medical appointment. The person who staffed the bar each night was very helpful and I was impressed with the fact that he remembered me and what I ordered the night before. The daytime valet was helpful in helping to be sure that no one parked close to me in order to reload my scooter. Overall, my stay was delightful and I would come back again.
