We always stay here because it's close to our kids house and in town and it always smells so good and it's always clean but we noticed the last time we stayed, they were remodeling which we were glad to see but we stayed in Room 219 and that bed is horrendous. it was so uncomfortable so we will request not to be in that room. but we will still come back to this hotel. the staff is always friendly and willing to assist in anyway they can !

The receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly. This is where I stay every time I come to Montgomery, which is at least monthly. I have joined the membership. Look forward to building points.

Staff was courteous and willing to please. Particular note for Heather who runs the breakfast each morning. She is highly personable and a dervish for cleaning up, unlike some other hotels we have stayed.
