The Crowne Plaza Harrisburg/Hershey is a great full service hotel is located in downtown Harrisburg within walking distance to the State Capital building and Riverfront Park, City Island and a variety of restaurants. Lobby entrance across the driveway of the valet only parking garage (street parking is also available). Entering the lobby you will see an updated modern décor with a historic feel from the marble flooring since the hotel was built in 1959. There is a concierge, gift shop, Twenty Three (restaurant)/Lounge 2wentyThre3, elevators and staircase leading to the meeting space. The guest rooms include flat panel TVs, coffee makers, comp WIFI, guests can request refrigerators but not microwaves due to electrical reasons; rollaways also are not able to be placed in any guest room due to fire codes. With the new ownership the hotel has done upgrades with more to come. Amenities on-site include large indoor pool, roof-top fitness center-newly renovated, business center, guest laundry, dry cleaning and room service. Host your event within the 10,000 sq. ft of space with cocktail hour in the pre-function area since you have made your selection from the extensive catering menus! This hotel is perfect for any type of group with business or leisure especially for weddings and sports teams.
