We checked in around 7:30 pm. First thing, I found two live bugs in my bed. They moved me to another room. and first thing I see in that room was a live bug in the trash can. Manager said he had several reports that night. We left and went to a different hotel.

Property Description

Newly renovated property that is located on the hill overlooking Keystone's main street. Convenient location; just 8 minutes from Mt. Rushmore and within an hour of all the major attractions in the Black Hills. We are located about 35 miles from the Rapid City Regional Airport (RAP). The Baymont has a panoramic view of the National Forest and Mt. Rushmore is visible from the parking lots. Free deluxe continental breakfast included in the room rate. The standard rooms on first and second floor are economy size with either a king bed, 2 double beds or a queen and one set of bunk beds (2 beds plus the queen). Our third floor suites are twice the size of the standard rooms and have 2 queen beds, wet bar and a balcony. All rooms in the property have a refrigerator and microwave. There is an exercise room and guest laundries on site. We currently do not have meeting space, rooms only.
