A lot of broken items. Toilet seat broken. When we got back on Sunday night @ 9pm. Couldn't get in the outside door, had to go around to the front and have them cut a new card to our room. Nothing had been touched, beds unmade. Wet towels left on bathroom floor. The bath tub was higher than normal. Even with help I had trouble getting in to shower. Basically not very clean. I under stand people are trying to save on everything, a sign reading we change beds every three days. I must say the gentleman running the breakfast room was very helpful and trying to do a good job. I have no problem with non Or poorly English speaking people. This is a problem. Unfortunately this place needs a great deal of work.
