Quality Inn 9373 Cortez Blvd. Weeki Wachee FL Stay Mar 5, 2025 Mar 12,2025/H10602113. My husband and I were in Florida to attend our 15 year old granddaughter's funeral. It was an extremely sad and devastating time for us. So, having to deal with a maid who seemed angry by the fact we asked to have our room cleaned later in the day added more stress. I have tried to document our experience and have attached photos. 1. Filthy phone 2. Bath tub did not drain 3. Vent Picture 4. Room after cleaning on Tuesday 5. Closet floor 6. First, we asked the maid to come back at a later time. She never returned. 7. Following day, we asked her to return and I saw her but our room had not been cleaned. I went to the front desk and indicated I thought we had a communication problem and that our room had not been cleaned. Apparently the maid had to go because her ride was coming. Our room was not cleaned. 8. The next day again we asked to please come back. The maid who does not speak English then pulled out her phone and showed me a statement I believe she probably had some help her compose. Needless to say, I came to a sentence where it read “It is not my duty to wait to clean your room. At that point I just couldn't believe it. 9. The next day someone else cleaned and I have attached pictures of what the room looked like also. All and all our room was “cleaned” three times in 7 days. The cleaning process needs to be the same every day. One day after the room had been cleaned here were still wash cloths on the bathroom floor and the bathtub was still full of the debris from the tub not draining during the shower.. I would never consider a Quality Inn in the future. The people at the front desk and and I believe head of house keeping were awesome but none of our issued were ever solved. I have photos if you would have ant interest in seeing them. we paid 1457.00 for 7 days and it was not at all worth the price. The nicest area and cleanest area was the pool. The breakfast was decent. In all my travels I have never run into a maid that would not come back to clean a room later.
