Property Description

TELUS Sky is a mixed-use residential and commercial building with 60 floor count, 445,000 sq. ft. of commercial office space (located on floors 4 – 29 and again on 59 & 60). Floors 30 – 58 will offer 326 luxury suites, mixed of furnished & unfurnished. A joint venture between Allied REIT, TELUS Corporation and Westbank Corporation a privately held property development and management company based in Vancouver. We are connected to the C-Train station (1st St SW) & +15. We will be providing living space much larger than a traditional hotel room or apartment. All furnished suites will be equipped with the conveniences of home including:Modern BnB Italia furnishings, linens, high speed TELUS internet and cable TV, fully equipped kitchens with cookware (Pots, pans, baking sheets, kettle), wash ware (Soap, sponge, paper & dish towels), silverware, dishes, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, in-suite washer and dryer, floor to ceiling windows that open and balconies.
