I would give an excellent rating and almost downgraded to average because of the dismissive attitudes of both check in women. Very disheartening for such a lovely and comfortable place. Do not know if I would return. Sorry.

An ideal place to spend two days on the occasion of a visit with family. The hotel was comfortable and all the facilities were excellent. The Crave restaurant was particularly notable for the freshness of the food and the superb preparations. The connections with the Rochester Skyway made the Indigo a great choice.
