First night air conditioning leaked water, we were able to switch rooms the lady at the front was not outgoing at all. Not very empathetic or friendly .That same room the comforter had huge brown stain and should have been thrown away instead of trying to clean. Second night we had to switch rooms again ceiling leaking on bed. You could tell by the marks on ceiling it was not first time leak. The ladies at the front were much more friendly. we thought let's soak in hot tub since it was a tough week for us and it did not work and water looked murky. I would sum up that you need some remodeling of rooms and more attention in maintaining property. Walls were beat up and needed some paint. TV stands had nasty looking water stains everywhere. Newer comforters and bed spreads Only real positive was breakfast and the lady at the front desk the second night of our stay. Cleaning lady that was mopping halls was super friendly.
