The room smelled just like a 10 day old ash tray. Cigarette burns all over the bed spread. We immediately left and told the ladies at the desk, that we had asked for a nonsmoking room, she began to argue with us. We had to go somewhere else to get a room. We are still fighting to get our refund back. They deserve a 0 rating.
