The lobby has a welcoming atmosphere and the front desk staff was extremely friendly. The king bed room was larger than anticipated with a pullout couch and the bed was very comfy and most importantly clean smelling. The heated pool was great and I definitely spent some quality time in the hot tub. The breakfast buffet was great; hot eggs, sausage and potatoes and a waffle station, combined with typical continental breakfast items. Close to the Canadian Tire Centre for hockey games and a Tanger Outlets right across the road for shopping. The hotel bar opened a little later to cater to the crowd after the hockey game. Will 100% rebook on my next trip to the Ottawa area.
