Most hotel rooms are pretty similar. You have four walls a bed and a bathroom. What sets great hotels apart from good ones is the customer service team. This hotel has the best customer service team that I have seen in quite some time. The Valet, front desk staff, cleaning staff and bar staff are all amazing. You're always met with a smile and everyone is very accomodating. It was a great experience!

The Capitol Hotel, An Ascend Collection Member is a great location at an affordable price. We are located in walking distance to any entertainment or dining venue in downtown Nashville. The property is on the historic home site of the 11th US President James K. Polk. The facility has 100 guestrooms. Room types are two double beds and king beds. There are some rooms that have a refrigerator. The facility offers amenities such as a breakfast room with a complimentary deluxe hot continental breakfast, ATM, guest computer station and exercise room. In addition to hotel amenities we provide free hardwired and Wi-Fi internet access. We also have onsite valet parking at $20 per day.

All employees and guests are encouraged at this time to wear masks by a city mandate order. All high touch point areas such as but not limited to elevator buttons, door handles, and credit card terminals are cleaned numerous times throughout the day. The common areas are also cleaned through out the day. Breakfast is a cook to order at this time and delivered to the guest room door. In addition guest rooms are cleaned and disinfected prior to new guests arrival. No employee is to enter the guest room, unless its maintenance and is an issue that needs to be resolved for guests comfort. We follow good to go Nashville program, and local and state guidelines for our covid-19 procedures in addition to the brand standards.
