Property Description
The Pacer Inn & Suites welcomes everyone to enjoy this historical property located at: 259 S. Sandusky St. in Delaware, Ohio. We offer 34 new luxury suites with many amenities and services. The property is centrally located in downtown Delaware that make it convenient and close to downtown restaurants, OWU, entertainment, "First Friday Night" and other events that are scheduled throughout every month.? Property has been fully gutted and renovated in 2012 and reopened as Pacer Inn & Suites Motel. Ohio Wesleyan University and Downtown Delaware is within walk-in distance. Motel is connected to the famous Mexican restaurant "El Vaqueros". Motel guests can enjoy full bar and 10% discount on food. We also have a large meeting space capable of 100 to 150 people. Can be used as a meeting space, gathering, wedding, reception, party, baby shower, etc. and many more services provided by us.
