Positives: room was clean, staff friendly. Negatives: TV remote didn't work. Had batteries replaced, switched remote and then front desk said going to send maintenance, who never showed. Room temp always a little warmer than thermostat setting despite lowering the temp repeatedly. Chair at desk in the room with worn upholstery and no back support. Area around the pool and conference room like a sauna. Landscaping outside of hotel gives the appearance of an abandoned building.
