We were pleasantly surprised at how spotless the hotel was. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Great free breakfast not to mention fresh hot cookies in the lobby! We got caught in the hurricane and had to extend our stay. They even upgraded our room!. We can definitely say we will be back!

Excellent location, we are in the heart of Kendall.Less than half a mile from the Florida Turnpike, 3 miles from Don Shula's Express Way and like 5 miles from the Palmetto Express Way.100% non smoking property and we are sorry but no pets.We offer a complementary Buffet Breakfast served on real china.WIFI, Cable TV, local calls and 800 numbers are comp. as well.This is a three Star Hotel with a five star Attitude.LAKE VIEW HOTEL.
