Below are reviews of the city of Covington, VA from an actual visitor's perspective.
Covington is a cute town. I have visited twice, only for one night each time, but I always leave wishing I had more time to explore. I especially like the restaurants downtown. This time, I found a place called Ray's Sweet Shoppe & Poutinerie, which specializes in craft sodas and poutine, although they have candy, burgers and other foods on the menu. They have several versions of poutine, and I enjoyed the Baked Potato Poutine, which in addition to fries, cheese curds and gravy also included sour cream, bacon and onions.
Humpback Bridge and Falling Springs were pretty.
Loved being in historic district. Close to highway. Things to do & see ( waterfall overlook & Humpback Bridge).
