I am so very pleased that I chose the Hotel Maverick for my short stay in Grand Junction as I was delightfully surprised at the quality of the hotel, the friendly staff and the very well chosen decor. My room was perfect in every way. The generous bathroom had all of the amenities and thick towels. Fabulous! Hotel Maverick is such a credit to the Hospitality School at CMU, it's staff and students. Well done! I would definitely recommend Hotel Maverick to visitors to Grand Junction.

"Great Stay at Hotel Maverick"

We came to the area to check out the wineries. We decided on the Hotel Maverick for a couple reasons. The first was the ratings we saw on sites like Booking.com and Travelocity. The other was the rooftop bar and restaurant. I can understand the strong reviews—The quality of the rooms and service were outstanding and the price was competitive. The views from the rooftop were great and it was fun to take a stroll around the campus after dinner.

The Hotel Maverick located in Grand Junction on the Colorado Mesa University Campus is representative of what it means to be a Maverick and live outside the ordinary with unique guest rooms a gourmet coffee shop and an on-site upscale farm to table restaurant. Hotel Maverick is what we call an upscale boutique teaching hotel that gives the students of CMU the opportunity to learn and provide excellent customer service not just for those working front desk but for culinary and event students as well. Guests and the community of Grand Junction alike will have access to not only high-quality coffee and tasty breakfast food and treats but they will also have access to Devils Kitchen where they can enjoy the beautiful views of the Grand Mesa and the Colorado National Monument.
