Staff was understanding and helpful. On a trip over for some medical appointments we booked a stay at Eriks Retreat. Due to a scheduling conflict we were unable to stay at the venue. Communication with the staff at Eriks was excellent and they were very accommodating. We will make sure that if we are in the area we will reschedule a stay.
