HVAC didn't work in room. They offered to move us. .. at two a.m. after we'd been struggling to figure out HVAC system and finally called for help. Then brought us a fan when we didn't want to dress, repack and move in the middle of the night. So the night clerk tried, but very unsatisfactory night. Furthermore, the room setup is lousy—microwave in cabinet on the floor?! Have to get down on floor to read and manage the controls! Who does that?! Some control on the wall, no explanation, never able to figure them out—bizarre. Really unhappy this morning.
