Vacationing families will enjoy our accommodations in Oklahoma City, located on old Route 66 near Yukon, the hometown of Garth Brooks. This Oklahoma City hotel is convenient to several local attractions, including Bricktown, the Oklahoma City National Memorial and the National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum. Other nearby activities include Oklahoma's Exclusive outlet mall, Stockyards City Western Wear shopping, but our hotel is right beside the Oklahoma River Walk leading to the downtown central park of Oklahoma City, Scissortail Park, without crossing any traffic thoroughfares! We are close to the Oklahoma City Fairgrounds and the Bennett Event Center, as well as easy access to three Interstates. From our hotel you can be in Edmond, Moore, Yukon, Mustang, or Midwest City in less than 30 minutes! We are within 20 minutes of Mike Monroney Aeronautic Center parking, and just a few minutes from Will Rogers World Airport.

Well, I emailed the hotel the day before to make sure that we had shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Then, when I arrived and was waiting on my baggage, I called to let them know I was here. They let me know it would be 15 minutes. after 30 minutes of waiting outside, I called again. I was told it would be another 15 minutes. Total time waiting on shuttle from airport to hotel was just under an hour! Then, when the shuttle arrived, I was ignored and had to take care of my own bags. They were only two passengers and I was the only one with a bag. When I got on the shuttle, the driver was talking to someone and used so much profanity that I had to just put my head down and hope he would begin to realize how loud and how belligerent he was sounding. I was too exhausted to say anything. Then, when I got to the hotel, I was given room 302. As I was about to go up the elevator the lady at the front desk stopped me and said we're sorry that somebody else's room! So, I was given room 402. When I got to room 402, the curtains were busted! I could not close the curtains enough to block out the light. So, I went back downstairs and was given room 602. I finally got to sleep at two AM. My flight arrived at 11 PM the previous night. The distance from the airport to the hotel is under 15 minutes. What did I think of my experience? Incompetence and indifference.
