Probably the worse experience I have had in Miami. Very disappointing during check in, no bellhop to take bags upstairs, room not ready at 8pm when check in was at 3pm., Was given a temporary room while room was getting prepared and had no help in moving an entire family to the next room. Pretty disappointing when I added this hotel as a choice to stay in during my event.

The Thesis Hotel is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast and lunch at Mamey and the food was delicious! We also went up to the third floor outdoor bar for Happy Hour and it's a nice setting! I'd recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the Coral Gables area!
