Reservation was easy to make as my flight was leaving from JFK to BWI late in evening. Shuttle service to hotel was a nightmare and I ended up taking a taxi at my own expense. Young lady at front desk when I arrived, responded with a cheeky answer when I told her I was supposed to have a shuttle meet me. She didn't show any empathy for my situation hours of flying or waiting in another airport, fatigue. So my overall rating is poor. First impressions are everything.
