Downtown is nice. Lake is beautiful! Lots of restaurant choices.
I never left the hotel due to a convention but heard that other people enjoyed the closeness of Hwy. 14, Main Street shopping district and restaurants like the Village Squire.
The room was clean, comfortable. The staff was friendly. The city was cute, the main beach at Crystal Lake Park was clean and fun.
Breakfast was good.
Around the Clock great breakfast place. Close to Woodstock and it's town square and Groundhog Day house.
Fine place to stay.
I grew up in Crystal Lake, my family still lives there. Love the lake and the ease of catching the train to go into the city to visit the rest of my family!
