I was in New Haven to visit my father who is in an assisted living facility with Alzheimer's. I kept extending my stay because of my father's situation and the Front Desk Agents were very flexible, professional and courteous throughout me stay. Excellent dining opportunities just minutes away from the hotel. This is the second year in a row I've been a guest over the Holidays and will definitely be staying there every time I come back home to visit my father. I live in the foothills of the Sierra Mountains and expect to be coming back East more frequently due to my father's declining health and I consider the New Haven Hotel my home away from home.
