I prepaid days before my reservation and The money was indeed deducted from my checking account. I also had the receipt from my email. I arrived at the hotel at 10 PM and the attendant took an extremely long time to process my check in. Once he informed me what the total charges were, I explained to him that I prepaid. He said he does not see a prepaid receipt on my reservation, but only that the rooms were reserved. I showed him the receipt and he momentarily glanced at it at best. He then called his manager and went into a different room and had a conversation with him. Once he came out, I also tried to show him on my phone where the money was deducted from my checking account. He proceeded to wave me off and shake his head and took another 15 minutes or so to check me in. Once he put the card keys on the desk, he said nothing more than your room is right around the corner. Good night. And making me stand there nearly half an hour just to check in on a prepaid reservation is enough for me not to go back.
