The staff was very accommodating and the location and view was great. The bed was uncomfortable. Both my wife and I could barely sleep in it and woke up with back pain. The toilet ran for most of the night. Decent for what it is, not sure I'd stay again, especially at the price.

Switched rooms to be on the same floor as another family member when we arrived (our mistake for not having done that in advance.) room was musty and smelled of chlorine and bleach as the window faced out to the pool area. We didn't have time for repacking and changing rooms due to wedding itinerary. The fan was circulating air without cooling it since we had it on the “minimum temp restriction” of 66 and we were still sweating! Phone was dirty and tub didn't drain while showering I was standing in water up to my ankles. Would never stay there again!

Super busy hospitality Fall season weekend when leaves are changing color. We checked in with ease. Parking validated for ramp. We were in our room within 10 minutes. Slight view of lift bridge and bay with pool below. Excellent guest services. Reserved dinner time at Lyric and enjoyed the amenities. Highly recommend!
