Rooms were great, good atmosphere, friendly staff however two days after a snow storm the e trance was not plowed, I fortunately gunned my car to get into the lot. Sub zero weather and someone leaving the entrance got stuck. Not good service! Next day on departure someone was now plowing and I assume after complaints. I would stay again however management needs to ensure the safety of customers.

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the past five years [at lease twice per year]. It is always clean and the customer service by the staff is great. I think the price point is getting high for what you get. I will probably look for something a little more reasonable for my next stay in Cedar Falls Iowa.

Cedar Falls' newest and most modern Holiday Inn & Suites hotel that is nestled within the growing development of Industrial and Gateway Park in Cedar Falls, Iowa. The hotel is located 10 minutes from Waterloo Regional Airport (ALO) just off I-20 at Exit 224.
The hotel features spacious suites and 2 bridal suites which all include microwave, refrigerator, large flat panel television, Keurig® Brewer, along with fast and complimentary high-speed internet.
