I am not very pleased with your hotel and don't plan to use it again. Reason: My guest checked our early, so only used one Niigata if the reserved time. I was told at time of booking that I would get a partial refund if guest checked out early. I tried contacting hotel and reservations several times to get refund, both bye mail and 'phone. So far,I have been unsuccessful. I am very displeased with the hotel staff. Found all of them offhand and not very helpful. I felt I did not get what I paid my hard earned rd money for.
