When to Visit Dunedin, Florida
The Dunedin area boasts warm weather all year round, which means it's always an attractive destination. You'll find the hottest temperatures during the summer months, when highs typically reach the lower 90s. This is also the rainiest time of year, when the area receives nearly 10 inches of rain per month.
Fall through spring typically bring milder weather, with highs in the mid 70s and drier skies. Since the temperature almost never drops below freezing in Dunedin, you'll never have to worry about bundling up too much, even in the middle of winter.
Prefer to visit Dunedin when the hotel rates are as low as possible? Late fall to early spring tends to be high season on the Gulf Coast, as it's after hurricane season and the time of year when most people are looking for a warm-weather escape. Hotel prices in Dunedin tend to be highest in the winter, but you can usually find good deals if you start searching far in advance.
