Thank you for your feedback, we are a bit confused by your response. Our hotel has open space that span 6 stories high with sky lights at the top, the building is mostly glass, we are bright & open.

First I have to say that the front desk clerks are so helpful and very polite. Before checking in, I kept calling them to make sure they had our reservations and that we would get a microwave and fridge. Later I had to call them because of the airline delay and because we ended up at a different hotel. But every time I called the front desk, they were so friendly and understanding. So I really appreciate all their patience and making us feel welcome at 3:15am in the morning. I would come back to this hotel also because of it's location, close to restaurants and stores.
