The front desk was very understanding as the airline kept bumping my arrival time back. I did phone to advise of my late check in and they reassured me after the second call, not a problem. Lunch at Moxies' was very good and the bartender/server Nolan was very helpful. Breakfast the next day had larger portions than I expected and Hailly (spelling?) did provide a suitable take out container for travel. Again the front desk assisted me in storing my bag so I could go to a meeting and arrive back after the usual check out time. Good people associated with the Sandman. I must not forget the friendly shuttle driver Allie (?) who got me back to the airport!

Situated only minutes from the Calgary International Airport and the closest off airport hotel, the Sandman hotel, Suites Calgary Airport offers everything for the business and leisure traveler. Opened in summer of 2003, this hotel boasts 177 rooms and suites. Multipurpose meeting and banqueting rooms, a business center, indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and fitness room. Moxie's Grill & Bar and the CHOP Steakhouse & Bar provide that upscale touch to the properties meal service options.
