The Hyatt Place Charlotte Downtown is Uptowns newest and most exciting hotel. Located on the 7-13th floors of a 20 story mixed-use building, this newly constructed hotel has 172 tastefully appointed guest rooms and spacious suites, all with breathtaking views. Fresh, modern interiors welcome guests in the comfortable, connected public areas. A roof top pool and sundeck adjoins the rooftop restaurant and open air sky bar. The hotel offers 2000 sq ft of meeting and banquet space. A state of the art, light filled fitness center offers a remarkable view of Uptown Charlotte. The hotel is within walking distance of the Charlotte Convention Center, NASCAR Hall of Fame, and Time Warner Arena as well as the many corporate offices in the Uptown area including Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Duke Energy, Hearst Corporation and Chiquita Brands International. The Hyatt Place Downtown is just 15 minutes from Charlotte Douglass International Airport.
