Hotel made all expectations. Pleasant staff, clean rooms. All at a better rate than the other Universal hotels. The shuttle was a huge bonus, especially for loading my mobility chair. Restaurant was good. Coffee even better! 5/5.

A perfect choice for our stay while visiting the Universal Parks. From check in to luggage storing to convenience, it was a 10/10. The hotel was in constant communication via text for anything we might need or to just check on our stay. They have a sort of food court area that had really great food and was convenient to grab a bite when returning late in the evening. There is a Starbucks right in the lobby that made our coffee aficionados extremely happy, plus a souvenir/convenience store on site for last minute or forgotten items. There is a free shuttle service that goes directly between the hotel and the parks, we never had to wait. The shuttle also has the very closest stop at Universal to the escalators so no long walk at the end of the night to the loading area. Very clean, very quiet and just an enjoyable stay overall. We will definitely stay here again in the future, I do not think I would even research other options, there was just nothing to dislike.
