Historic Nance Farm became a Recorded Texas Historical Landmark in 1976. Otway Bird Nance brought his wife and ten children from Illinois and built the farm in 1851. The Nance family owned and occupied the property until the 1950s, and the City of DeSoto bought the home and the remaining land in 1975 as a community center. Tours of the home, milking barn, windmill, and tank house are available.

Clean room and amazing customer service.
Didn't get a chance to explore but didn't notice anything to complain or comment about. I would highly recommend the area though.
I didn't get to explore the city. We were only there for a basketball tournament.
Everything was close, restaurants, stores and place where I needed to be.
The bed slept comfortable.
Easy access to the freeway and this area has everything you need from food, shopping, gas, etc.
Seemed very clean and beautiful houses.
