I apologize in advance because I do not remember the names of the two females and one male front desk personnel. All I can say is they were outstanding and extremely helpful whenever I needed anything. The room smelled clean and good and the bathroom was the same. If I ever return to Miami, I will stay at this hotel again. Thank you to everyone.
