From the moment I arrived, the reception was well recieved. The staff that helped me were funny, personal and professional. Without asking, I was provided a room upgrade. When I walked into my room, I was very excited to see the luxurious room. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay and would stay/recommend this hotel for another stay. For reference, I arrived at approx 10pm and the staff member in the lobby was exceptional. He deserves praise.
