Rooms were very comfortable and clean. They were also a bit unusual as they had high vaulted ceilings. The night desk, clerk Cary, was outstanding as he went out of his way to be accommodating and helpful. Made the stay worth it.

Set between two shopping malls on the southeast edge of Grand Rapids, this five-story hotel is located three miles from the airport and eight miles from the city center. The property is built around a central recreational facility with an indoor pool, spa tub, and three-story water slide (waterslide is only operational on the weekends during set times). Four meeting rooms with the largest room at 2,200 sq. ft., while a 24-hour business center features complimentary high-speed Internet access. Complimentary airport shuttle service is also available Monday-Friday 6am-10pm. High-speed wireless Internet access is complimentary.
