The hotel overall was nice, the hotel is in need of some work, upgrades as it's showing its age, that being said, I was very pleased with our room. Elma is a very good housekeeper, thank you (the complimentary coffee is quite good too).

Hotel was under renovations but all was fine, room was quiet we had an early flight so to bed early. Shower was hot, towels thick and good. Driver of the shuttle was friendly and provided excellent service and a necessary part of our decision for booking here again.

This hotel is older, but that staff is amazing. They let us check in early on both sides of our cruise. They stowed our expansive luggage (and others) in a locked room while they were readying a room for us four hours ahead of check in. They shuttled us to and from the airport (SFB) for free and promptly. They provided us a rollaway for a three year old within minutes of requesting one! The air conditioner ran cold and so did the fridge!
