This hotel surprised me a little. The exterior does not have green space but it was well maintained. The lobby was bright, cheerful and inviting. The front desk staff were always pleasant and smiling. The room was very clean. The crisp white linens and bed coverings made a wonderful first impression. Carpets were a nice pattern and the overall size of the room was spacious.(2 queen beds). The bathroom was spotless, Dove products in the shower and at the sinks was a nice touch too. I would highly recommend. Just be aware if you need to make a special request like we did regarding our “emotional support” pups, they have a very strict policy. We booked through Booking.com, received the waiver only to find out the hotel would not honor the approval. The pet fee is nonrefundable too. Just be sure you deal directly with the hotel for any special requests and have it in writing.

Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites of Muncie is located on the north side of Muncie, within minimal distance from a wide selection of restaurants, Ball State University and downtown Muncie. Just 6 miles off of I-69, exit 241. We have our Cardinal Room meeting facility for family reunions or business meetings. Our guest rooms have many amenities as listed. We also have an Express Pantry and business center. We have both wired Ethernet and Wireless internet connections. We hope to see you soon!
